Rohde Tabbed to America East All-Conference Second Team and All-Defensive Team
Sharri Rohde earned America East second team honors for the second straight season.

Rohde is averaging 13.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.86 assists per game this year and is the only player in the America East to rank in the league’s top 10 in all three categories. She has also recorded 1.66 steals and 0.76 blocks per contest, ranking ninth in the conference in both.
Rohde is only the third player in Retriever history to score 1,000 points and record 500 rebounds and 300 assists in her career, and she currently ranks seventh all-time at UMBC with 1,181 points, 12th with 608 rebounds, sixth with 324 assists and 85 blocks and 12th with 150 steals. She has also started every game of her career and is UMBC’s all-time leader in starts and games played with 113.
Rohde earns all-conference second team accolades for the second year in a row, as she was also tabbed to the second team as a junior in 2005-06 after averaging 12.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists and shooting 54.3 percent from the floor.
The Retrievers finish the regular season with a 13-16 overall record and 6-10 mark in America East play. They enter the America East Tournament as the seventh seed and will take on No. 2 Stony Brook at 12 p.m. in the first quarterfinals match-up at the
