AS A FRESHMAN (2006-07): Named to the America East All-Tournament Team after scoring a team-best 14 points on 5-for-9 shooting, including 4-for-6 from 3-point range, in the title game against Hartford… The four triples tied a career high… Drilled back-to-back 3-pointers to tie the game and give the Retrievers the lead for good late in the first half… Scored 50 of her 121 regular-season points (41.3 percent) in three games (Coppin State, NJIT, New Hampshire)… Ranks fourth all-time among UMBC freshmen with 31 3-pointers and 97 attempts… Played in 31 games on the season with one start… Missed the two games at the Battle at the Border Tournament (Dec. 28-29) due to an illness… Came in off the bench to play seven minutes in the season opener against George Washington (Nov. 10) for her first career action, but did not record any statistics… Scored 17 points in 28 minutes off the bench in the home opener against Coppin State (Nov. 14), shooting 6-for-11 from the field, including 3-for-5 from long distance, and was 2-for-2 from the free throw line… Ten of her 17 points came in the first half as she led the Retrievers on a 13-4 run to take the lead… Recorded her first career block against Towson (Nov. 17)… Made a career-best seven (of 14) field goals and came one short of her career high with 16 points in 25 minutes against NJIT (Nov. 26)… Earned her first career start at Fairleigh Dickinson (Dec. 2) but played only 10 minutes and did not score… Recorded a career-high two steals against the Knights… Tied a career high with 17 points on a career-best 4-for-8 from 3-point range and 3-for-3 from the free throw line at New Hampshire (Jan. 20)… Also hit a reverse lay-up with 30 seconds left to seal the 59-56 victory… Scored 12 points on four (of 10) 3-pointers at Binghamton (Feb. 14)… Averaged 4.5 ppg and 1.3 rpg on the season… Shot 30.6 percent (49-for-160) from the floor and 32 percent (31-for-97) from 3-point range… Ranked third on the team with 31 triples… Shot 81.8 percent (9-for-11) from the free throw line… Grabbed a career-high three rebounds against NJIT, at New Hampshire and versus Hartford in the America East finals.
HIGH SCHOOL: Had a stellar conclusion to her outstanding career at Westhill High School, averaging 24.7 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 5.3 apg and 3.2 spg as a senior… Scored 2,124 points in her career to become the all-time leading scorer for New York State Section III (Central New York)… Also ranks in the top 100 all-time in New York state history… An All-New York State Class B and All-Central New York State first team selection as a junior and senior… Named Liberty National Conference Player of the Year her final three seasons… Recorded 234 career 3-point baskets, setting her league and high school’s all-time record… Started on the junior varsity team as a seventh grader and the varsity squad during her eighth grade season… Led the Warriors to the state tournament as a freshman… Tallied a career-high 33 points with eight 3-point baskets against a league rival in 2005… A four-year honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society… Served as editor of the yearbook.
