2008 Cross Country: Finished 23rd in the 5K run in 18:40.4 at the America East Championships… Placed 29th in the 6K run in 23:16.40 at the Princeton Invitational… Finished 11th in the 5K run in 19:15 at the Towson Invitational… Placed 41st in the 6K run in 24:33.07 at the Salty Dog Invitational… Started the season with a 13th-place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals in 19:48.17

2007-08 Indoor: Finished 11th in the 5000-meter and 12th in the 3000-meter runs at the America East Championships… Placed 18th in 800-meter run at the Terrapin Invitational… Placed 12th in the one mile run at the Terrapin Invitational… Finished second in the 3000-meter run at the Gulden Relays.

2007 Outdoor: Finished 14^th in the 1500-meter run at the America East Championships in a season-best time of 5:00.88 and was part of the seventh-place 4 x 800-meter relay… Also competed in the 800 (2:35.52) at the Maryland Invite and the 3000 (10:51.35) at the Bucknell Heptagonal.

2006-07 Indoor: Finished 12^th in the one-mile run at the America East Championships with a time of 5:24.13 and was part of the seventh-place distance medley relay… Ran her best mile time of 5:21.93 at the Lafayette/Rider Invite, where she placed sixth… Also ran the 1000-meter run at the same meet, finishing ninth in 3:11.70.

2006 Cross Country: Was UMBC’s top finisher in the first two meets of her freshman season, finishing fourth at the Mount St. Mary’s Dual 5K’s and 13^th at the Navy Salty Sea Dog Invitational… Finished as the Retrievers’ second runner in the next three meets, including the America East Championships where she finished 36^th in a season-best time of 18:59.6 for a 5K… Ran her best 6K time of 23:22.9 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals where she was third for the Retrievers.

Background: A four-sport athlete at McLean H.S. where she competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field, and basketball… Named the McLean H.S. MVP in cross country from 2003-2005 and the track and field MVP in 2005… Finished sixth and 16^th in the 3200-meter run at the Liberty District and Northern Region Indoor Championships in 2004, sixth in the 1600 at the Northern Region Outdoor Championships in 2005, eighth in the Liberty District Cross Country Championships in 2005, second and ninth in the 1600 at the Liberty District and Northern Region Indoor Championships, and fourth in the 1600 and seventh in the 800 at the Liberty District Outdoor Championships in 2006.
