2008 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 110-meter hurdles and eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the America East Championships... Finished fifth in the 110-meter hurdles and 15th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Lou Onesty/Milton G. Abramson Invitational… Placed fourth in both the 110-meter hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles at the Bucknell Team Challenge.

 

2007-08 Indoor: Placed fourth in the 55-meter hurdles at the America East Championships… Placed ninth in the in the 60-meter hurdles at the Terrapin Invitational… Finished second in the 60-meter hurdles and was part of the third-place 4 x 400m relay team at the Gulden Relays.

 

2007 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 14.80…. Also competed in the 400 hurdles at three meets during the season, posting a season-best 59.31 at the Bucknell Heptagonal… Highest finish of the season came at the same meet, where he finished third in the 110 hurdles.

 

2006-07 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 55-meter hurdles at the America East Championships, running a season-best time of 7.61 in the preliminary heats… Ran the same event at the IC4A Championships, placing 21st… Also competed in the 60 hurdles during the season, posting a season-best time of 8.29 at the Lafayette/Rider Invite, where he finished third… Was a part of the winning 4 x 60m shuttle hurdles and second-place 4 x 200m relay at the Bucknell Gulden Relays… Recorded his highest finish of the year at the same meet, placing second in the 60 hurdles.

 

Background: A three-time captain for the Clippers of Oxon Hill H.S. in Oxon Hill, Md…. Helped lead the Clippers to the 2006 outdoor Maryland state, regional, and county titles and a runner-up finish for the indoor meet… Also captured individual gold in the 55-meter hurdles at 2006 indoor state meet… Voted Most Improved from his high school for the 2004-2005 season… An honor roll student.

 

Personal: One of three sons to Carolyn and Charles Pugh… Has two brothers, Chris (22) and Cameron (19)… Chris played basketball for UMBC… Majoring in social work… Born June 18, 1988.
