2008 Cross Country: Placed 73rd in the 8K run run in 25:46.10 at the Princeton Invitational… Finished 12th in the 8K run at the Towson Invitational… Placed 98th in the 8K run at the Navy Invitational… Began the season with a 20th-place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals.

2008 Outdoor: Placed 13th in the 1500-meter run and was part of the third-place 4 x 400m relay team at the America East Championships... Finished fourth in 1500-meter run at the Maryland Terrapin Invitational... Was part of the eighth-place 4 x 1500m team at the Colonial Relays… Placed tenth in the 800-meter run at the Bucknell Team Challenge.

2007-08 Indoor: Was part of the seventh-place 4 x 800m relay team at the IC4A Championships… Finished seventh in the 1-mile run and was part of the first-place 4 x 800m relay team at the America East Championships…Was part of the eighth-place distance medley team at the Penn State National Invitational… Placed 18th in the one mile run at the Terrapin Invitational.

Background: A three-sport athlete at McConnellsburg H.S., where he lettered in cross country, track and field, and soccer… Captured the 2006 PIAA District 5 Cross Country Championship and also finished as the runner-up in the 1600-meter run at the PIAA Class AA Track championships… Graduated from McConnellsburg H.S. as the Class of 2007 Valedictorian.
