2008-09: Finished fourth in the 1,650-yard freestyle, sixth in the 400-yard individual medley and 11th in the 500 free at the America East Championships… Claimed silver in the 1,650 free and placed fifth in the 400 IM and 500 free events at the Patriot Invitational… Earned seven first-place finishes during the dual meet season… Swam career-best times in the 500 free (5:00.71) and 400 IM (4:29.41) at the America East Championships… Her 400 IM time is third UMBC’s all-time top-10 list… Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2007-08: Claimed silver in the 1,650-yard freestyle and as part of the 800 free relay and finished sixth in the 400 individual medley and seventh in the 500 free at the America East Championships… Finished second in the 1,650 free, third in the 400 IM and 500 free, ninth in the 200 free and second as part of the 800 free relay at the GMU Patriot Invitational… Won the 400 IM and placed second in both the 100 and 200 IMs in her first collegiate meet against Bucknell… Also won both the 500 and 1,000 free (10:18.37) in her first officially scored meet against Rider, where she set a new Coppola Pool record in the 1,000… Swept the distance events on three other occasions against Maryland, New Hampshire and East Carolina, and won the 1,000 against Navy and the 400 IM against Marist… Held UMBC’s fastest times of the season in the 1000 free (10:13.97) and 1,650 free (17:00.37)… Swam season-bests in the 200 free (1:54.02) and 1,650 free at the America East Championships and in the 400 IM (4:33.89) and 500 free (5:00.73) at the Patriot Invite… Her 1,000 free time ranks second on the all-time top 10 list, while her 1,650 time is third, her 500 time is ninth and her 200 time is 10th.

Background: A High School Scholastic All-American in 2005 and 2006 for Notre Dame Prep… Also named an IAAM All-Star in 2006 and 2007... Swam for UMBC head coach Chad Cradock and UMBC assistant coach Chris Gibeau on the Retriever Aquatic Club... Placed second in the 500 freestyle and third in the 200 individual medley at the 2007 National Catholic School Championships... Also competed in the 2007 NCSA Junior National Championships... Played lacrosse at Notre Dame Prep and was an honor roll student.
