2008-09: Finished fourth in the 200-yard butterfly, eighth in the 200-yard freestyle and ninth in the 100 fly at the America East Championships… Placed sixth in the 100 and 200 fly at the Patriot Invitational… Claimed  a victory in the 100 fly in the season-opening meet against Bucknell… Swam season-best times in the 100 fly (50.56), 200 fly (1:52.38) and 200 free (1:42.69) at the America East Championships.

Background: Swam for Green Terror Aquatic Club in Westminster, Md.… Named to the Maryland All-State swim team in 2007 and 2008… A Junior National qualifier.
