2007-08: Finished 32^nd in the 200-yard freestyle, 34^th in the 500 free, 38^th in the 100 free, and tied for 58^th in the 50 free at the Patriot Invitational… Highest finish of the year came against Towson and Marist where he was fourth in the 500 free and was part of the fourth-place 400 free relay in his first officially scored dual meet against Rider… Swam season-best times in the 100 free (50.44), 200 free (1:49.51) and 500 free (4:52.74) at the America East Championships.

Background: A letterwinner for Linganore H.S. in Frederick, Md…. Received Frederick News First Team All-County honors in 2005, 2006, and 2007… Also named to the Frederick Area Swim Team Hall of Fame in 2007… Member of the National Honor Society… Received Linganore H.S. Chemistry Department award.
