First collegiate competition occurred against Marist where he placed fifth in both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards... Narrowly missed scoring at the America East Championships as he placed ninth in both the 1-meter (186.25) and 3-meter (190.55) both of which were personal bests.

Background: A trampolinist who converted to diving during his freshman year of college... Competed wtih Fairland Gymnastics for eight years where he saw international competition
