At LSU: Earned two varsity letters while a member of the Tiger swim team… Finished 31^st in the 50 free and 20^th in the 100 back at the 2006 SEC Championships… Also named to the SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll in 2006… Earned SEC Academic Honor Roll accolades in 2007 and posted his career best times in the 100 free and 100 back… Named to the Dean’s List during his freshman and sophomore years at LSU.

Background: Competed in the European Junior Championships in 2001 and 2002 and the FINA World Championships in 2003... Finished fourth in the 50-meter backstroke, eighth in the 50 freestyle, and 10th in the 100 free at the 2006 Estonian Championships... Has also claimed numerous Estonian championship crowns on the junior and senior levels.

Personal: One of four children to Siiri and Indrek Schneider… Has two brothers, Tom (22) and Rasmus (32) and one sister, Triinu (30)… Majoring in financial economics… Born January 3, 1984.
