2006-07: Part of the America East Championship, school, and Boston University pool record-setting 400 freestyle (3:27.90) and 800 freestyle (7:30.14) relays as well as the second place 200 medley (1:47.04) and 200 free (1:36.22) relays which set new school records at the America East Championships… Finished third in the 50 free, fifth in the 100 free, and 10th in the 100 butterfly at the conference meet… Also finished fourth in the 50 and 100 free, 11th in the 200 free, 15th in the 100 fly, and was part of the winning 400 free and 800 free, third place 200 free, and fourth place 200 medley relays at the Patriot Invite… Won the 50 free against Marist and UNH/Wagner and the 200 free against Howard and swam on the winning 400 medley relay four times, the 400 free relay five times, and the 200 medley relay once during dual meets… Swam personal best times in the 50 free (24.14), which ranks third on the all-time top ten list and the 100 free (52.71) which ranks fifth on the all-time top ten list… Named to the
2005-06: Placed sixth in the 100-fly, seventh in the 50-free and 11th in the 100-free at the America East Championships… Also won gold with the 200-free relay at AEC’s… Swam on the winning 200-free relay at the George Mason Invitational that set a new school record (1:36.48)… Won the 50-free in dual meets against Seton Hall, Bucknell and Rider… Won the 500-free against Howard… Swam UMBC’s second-fastest time of the season in the 100-fly (59.14) at AEC’s… Swam on the winning 400-free relay at seven dual meets and on the winning 400-medley relay twice… Selected to the America East Honor Roll… Swam season bests in the 50-free (24.35) and 100-free (53.22) at the George Mason Invite.
2004-05: Placed 10th in the 50-free, 13th in the 100-free and 14th in the 100-fly at the America East Championships… Took eighth in the 50-free and 23rd in the 100-free at ECAC’s… Earned America East Swimming Performer of the Week honors on Nov. 23 after finishing fourth in the 50-free at the George Mason Invitational… Her preliminary time of 24.24 broke the UMBC school record, which had stood since 1992, by one-tenth of a second… Finished second in the 50-free and the 100-free against William and Mary in the first meet of her collegiate career… Earned her first collegiate victory against Rider when she won the 50-free and anchored the winning 400-medley relay team… Won both sprint freestyle events in dual meets against George Washington, Marist and Johns Hopkins and in the quad meet against Binghamton, Seton Hall and Millersville… Also won the 100-free at Howard.
Background: A two-time YMCA National Qualifier who placed 22nd in the 50-free and anchored her team’s 13th-place finish in the 200-free relay… Also played soccer and lacrosse in high school… Was a member of the SGA at James M. Bennett.
