2003- Grabbed gold in the 100 fly, silver in the 200 fly, and bronze in the 500 free at the NEC’s... Was also a part of the first place 800 free relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 medley relay teams at that same competition... Finished fourth in the 200 fly at the ECAC’s and was a part of the first place 400 medley relay team.


2002 - Runner-up in the 500 free, 100 fly, and 200 fly in the NEC’s... Also a member of the winning 400 and 200 medley relay teams at the NEC’s... Finished third in the 200 fly at the ECAC’s with an NCAA provisional cut... Placed first in the 200 fly versus Richmond and Navy.


2001 - NEC champ in the 100 fly… Captured gold at the Nittany Lion Invitational and in a dual meet with Virginia Tech in the 200 fly… Was a member of the NEC champion 400 medley relay team…Paced the Retriever 800 free relay team to a second place finish at the Nittany Lion Invitational…Posted the best time in the NEC in the 200 fly all year…


Personal - During her high school days at Damascus, made a qualifying time in the 200 fly that enabled her to go the US National Swimming Championships…Born April 3, 1982…Daughter of Pete and Judy Wittsack…Majoring in Psychology.
