Softball Splits Doubleheader with Boston University

Weigman (12-7) allowed just one unearned run on six hits and one walk and struck out five in the complete game win. Erin Schuppert (6-3) took the loss after giving up five runs (three earned) on seven hits in seven innings.
The teams meet again Sunday at 12 p.m. in the rubber match of the three-game series.
