SECOND ANNUAL UMBC SPRING CLASSIC TO BE HELD MARCH 12-14, 2004

Head softball coach Joe French recently announced the schedule for the second annual UMBC Spring Classic to be held March 12-14, 2004. This season, four schools will join UMBC in the tournament, including America East rival Binghamton, former Northeast Conference foe St. Francis (PA), Atlantic 10 power Fordham, and local rival UMES.
Each team will play four pool games on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, each team will participate in a seeded single-elimination bracket tournament. For more information, please call Joe French at (410) 455-1325.

- UMBC vs. UMES @ 3:35 p.m.
- Saturday, March 13
- Binghamton vs. UMES @ 8:15 a.m.
- Binghamton vs. St. Francis (PA) @ 10:05 a.m.
- UMBC vs. St. Francis (PA) @ 11:55 a.m.
- UMBC vs. Fordham @ 1:45 p.m.
- UMES vs. Fordham @ 3:35 p.m.
- Sunday, March 14
- 4th place vs. 5th place @ 8:15 a.m.
