BACKGROUND: Had an outstanding career at Aquinas HS as she was named team captain and MVP during her junior and senior years... Recipient of the Scholar Athlete Award in 1997, 1999, and 2000... Once hit for the cycle in a game during her freshman year in high school... Also lettered in volleyball and basketball... Was selected to be the team captain at Monroe CC in 2001 and 2002... Daughter of Lou and Rose Sanfilippo... Born on March 21, 1982... Majoring in American Studies.
