BACKGROUND: A second-year starter in the UMBC women’s basketball team... Received Tri-Valley League All-Star honors in softball for all four years while at Utica Notre Dame... Was also her high school’s MVP during all four years... Was a member of the NY State Class “C” All-State First Team as a junior, and Third Team as a senior... Recipient of the 2000 Observer Dispatch Mohawk Valley Player of the Year award... Led her team to the Section 3 Class “C” Championships that same year... Also won an Empire State Games gold medal in 2000 and 2001... Born on April 29, 1983... Daughter of Karenlee Seamon... Majoring in Biology.
