BACKGROUND: A four-time First-Team All-District and a three-time All-Area honoree… Earned All-State Second Team honors from the Richmond Times-Dispatch as a junior… Named to the All-Region First Team in 2007 and 2008 and to the All-Met Second Team in 2008 and 2009… Tabbed the Wolverines’ Best Offensive Player three times… Led North Stafford to the district championship and the second round of the regional playoffs, the farthest of any team in school history… Also a field hockey standout at North Stafford who holds the Virginia state record for saves in a game… Also lettered in basketball for the Wolverines… A four-time Academic Athlete at North Stafford… UMBC over Towson, Delaware, Cornell and George Washington… Daughter of Ann Marie and Todd Scroggin… Has a brother, Nicholas… Her aunt, Erin West, played field hockey at Longwood College… Born Dec. 30, 1991… A biology major who hopes to become a surgeon.
