At Maine Maritime Academy: Made 26 appearances, all starts… Set the school record for most strikeouts in a game (15) and in a season (148)… Also set MMA single-season records for wins (7) and innings pitched (118)… Tossed 16 complete games… Also batted .250 with 21 hits in 84 at-bats to go along with seven RBI and 11 runs scored… Pitched a no-hitter against Johnson State, the first in school history, and struck out eight batters in the game… Named MVP and Athlete of the Month… Also played basketball, averaging 4.4 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.1 steals in 28 games, including one start.
