Dr. Charles Brown’s philosophy of sport offerings at the Division I and club levels are rooted in his love for the Olympic Games. UMBC’s Associate Vice President/Director of Athletics has attended and been a keen observer of the epic event over six decades and provides  us with some history lessons and more in his latest installment of “The Doctor is In.” We have also attached a link to Dr. Brown’s appearance on  MPT’s State Circle last month.
