2012 Outdoor: Won the gold medal and broke the UMBC school record in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:01.73 at the America East Championships... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in Jacksonville, Fla., where he placed 46th... Finished in fifth in the 5,000m run at the conference meet... Won the 3,000m run at the Maryland Invitational with a time of 8:37.49 which ranks as the third-fastest in school history... Named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2011-12 Indoor: Recorded UMBC's top time in the 5,000m run, 14:57.54, while finishing 11th at the America East Championships...  Set the Retrievers' top time in the 3,000m run, 8:44.71, while placing 12th at the Gotham Cup in New York.

2011 Outdoor: Finished fifth overall, 9:20.63, in the 3,000m steeplechase at the America East Championships... Finished eigth overall, 14:52.91, in the 5,000m run at the America East Championships... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2010-11 Indoor: Earned a third-place finish, 9:01.14, in the 3,000m run at the 10th annual Gulden Relays... Finished fifth overall, 4:20.84, in the 1-mile run at the Patriot Games... Finished 14th overall, 8:37.74, in the 3,000m run at the America East Championships.

Background: Named the Record Courier Athlete of the Year in 2010… Earned Academic All-Ohio team honors in cross country three years and in track and field twice… Earned All-Ohio honors twice in track and field and once in cross country… A four-year All-Metro honoree… Named Crestwood’s Most Valuable Player three times… Also lettered in swimming and soccer... Member of the National Honor Society… Won the Presidential Award for academics.
