2011 Outdoor: Recorded career best in all three of his events, the 3,000m, 5,000m, and 10,000m run… Finished seventh overall, 32:08.30, in the 10,000m run at the America East Championships… Won the 5,000m run at the MSU Legacy Track meet with a time of 16:00.25… Returns as the Retrievers top performer in the 10,000m run.

2010-11 Indoor: Finished ninth overall, 15:22.83, in the 5,000m run at the Lafayette/Rider Winter games.

Background: Ran cross country and track and field at Salisbury before transferring to UMBC... Named to the All-Gazette honorable mention team as part of Gaithersburg High School's 4x800-meter relay... Finished seventh in the 1,600-meter run and 10th in the 3,200-meter run at the 2007 Montgomery County Championships.
