2009 Outdoor: Placed 13th at the America East Championship in the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 49.84… Member of the 4x400 relay which earned bronze at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 3:15.75… Also a member of the 4x400 team that placed 21st at the IC4A Championships.

2008-09 Indoor: Placed 13th in the 500-meter dash at the America East Championship with a time of 1:06.27… Recorded a season-best time of 1:06.09 in the 500 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games… Member of the 4x400 relay which ran season-best 3:19.69 to place fourth at the America East Championships… Part of the 4x400 team that finished 20th at the IC4A Championshi

2008 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 400-meter dash at the America East Championships… Finished 12th in the 400-meter dash and was a part of the fifth-place 4 x 400m relay team at the Maryland Terrapin Invitational... Was part of the seventh-place 4 x 400m team at the Colonial Relays... Placed seventh in the 400-meter dash and was part of the second-place 4 x 400m relay team at the Bucknell Team Challenge.

2007-08 Indoor: Finished sixth in the 500-meter dash and was part of the fourth-place 4 x 400m relay team at the America East Championships… Finished 18th in the 500-meter dash at the Penn State National Invitational… Placed 15th in the 400-meter dash and was part of the third-place 4 x 400m relay at the Terrapin Invitational… Finished third in the 500-meter dash at the Gulden Relays… Placed ninth in the 500-meter dash and was part of the fifth-place 4 x 400m relay team at the Bison Opener.

2007 Outdoor: Finished 19^th in the 400-meter dash at the America East Championships and was part of the third-place 4 x 400m relay… Ran season-best times of 23.00 in the 200 and 50.39 in the 400 at the Bucknell Heptagonal… Also ran a time of 2:06.13 in the 800 at the Maryland Invite.

2006-07 Indoor: Finished 11^th in the 500-meter dash at the America East Championships and posted his season-best time of 1:06.78 at the Gulden Relays, where he finished third.

Background: 2006 Maryland indoor state champion in the 500 meter-dash… Won the 2005 indoor 4x400-meter relay national championship… His team won the 2005 indoor championship… Also won the 2006 outdoor state championship in the 4x800-meter relay.
