2009 Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 10:05.56… Member of the 4x800 relay team that placed fifth at the conference meet in a time of 7:49.19… Recorded a season-best time in the 800-meter run of 1:59.84 at the Bucknell Team Challenge.
 
2008-09 Indoor: Placed 16th in the 1,000-meter run at the America East Championships with a time of 2:34.96… Recorded a season-best time of 4:33.70 in the 1-mile run at the Gulden Relays.
 

2008 Cross Country: Finished 59th in the 8K run at the America East Championships… Placed 158th in the 8K run at the Princeton Invitational… Finished 31st in the 8K run at the Towson Invitational… Began the season with a 40th-place finish in the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals.

Background: Named cross country MVP in 2006 and 2007 for Linganore High School in New Market, Md…. Selected team captain for his senior year for the cross country and track and field squads at Linganore… Garnered All-Area Cross Country First Team honors from the Frederick News-Post in 2007.
