2007 Outdoor: Finished third in the 110-meter hurdles and 14th in the 200-meter dash at the America East Championships and was part of the third place 4 x 100m relay… Also part of the 18th-place 4 x 100m relay at the IC4A Championships and finished 20th in the 110 hurdles at the same meet… Ran a career-best time of 14.62 in the 110 hurdles at the conference meet… Best meet was at the Bucknell Heptagonal, where he finished second in the 110 hurdles and as part of the 4 x 100m relay.

2006-07 Indoor: Set a new school record in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 7.41 and was part of the 4 x 200m relay which established a new UMBC record (1:30.51)… Finished third in the 55 hurdles and 14th in the 200-meter dash at the America East Championships and fourth in the 55 hurdles at the IC4A Championships… Won the 60 hurdles at the Bucknell Gulden Relays and as part of the 4 x 200m relay and 4 x 60m shuttle hurdles relay… Ran a personal-best time of 22.80 in the 200 at the conference championship meet.

2006 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 110-meter hurdles and 10th in the 400 hurdles at the America East Championship… Also finished 16th in the 110 hurdles at the IC4A Championships… Highest finish of the year came at the Maryland Terrapin Invite, where he placed 5th in the 110 hurdles.

2005-06 Indoor: Won the 55-meter hurdles and finished 21st in the 200-meter dash at the America East Championships… Also finished ninth in the 55 hurdles at the IC4A Championships… Won the 60 hurdles at the Bucknell Bison Open and placed second at the Rider/Lafayette Invite and Bucknell Gulden Relays.

2005 Outdoor: Finished third in the 110-meter hurdles and 17th in the 200-meter dash at the America East Championships… Also qualified for and finished 29th in the 110 hurdles at the IC4A Championships… Ran a best time of 22.20 in the 200 at the VCU Ram Invite and 14.93 in the 110 hurdles at the conference meet.

2004-05 Indoor: Finished third in the 55-meter hurdles and 17th in the 200-meter dash at the America East Championships… Also qualified for and finished 22nd in the 55 hurdles at the IC4A Championships… Ran season-best times of 23.00 in the 200 at the Albany Great Dane Classic, 7.66 in the 55 hurdles at the America East Championships and 7.25 in the 60 and 8.20 in the 60 hurdles at the New Balance Invite… Finished second in the 55 hurdles at the Rider/Lafayette Invite and in the 60 hurdles at the Bucknell Gulden Relays.

Background: A two-sport athlete at Duval H.S. in Lanham, Md…. Named to the All-County team and earned the Scholarly Athlete Award in 2004… Also won the county, regional, and state championship crowns in the 110-meter hurdles that year… Lettered in football for the Tigers and was picked to play in the All-Star game his senior year.
