2008-09: Named the men’s tennis program’s Most Improved Athlete… The former reserve player posted an overall mark of 26-25… Registered an 11-8 mark in singles in the spring, primarily at the No. 6 slot… Recorded a five-game winning spring winning streak… A semifinalist in doubles in the fall’s Cornell Invitational, losing 9-8 in a tie-breaker.
2007-08: Worked his way into the lineup last year, until a shoulder injury curtailed a promising campaign... Crafted a 9-5 spring record at No. 5 singles.
2006-07: Compiled a record of 5-1 in limited action as a freshman.
Background: Majoring in political science... Also lettered in basketball, cross country and track and field for the Page County Panthers… Father, Tim, who coached the tennis team at Page County, competed in tennis at East Stroudsburg (Pa.)
