RETRIEVER-LADEN BALTIMORE BLAST WINS MISL TITLE
The Baltimore Blast of the Major Indoor Soccer League won the league championship with a come-from-behind 13-12 win over the Milwaukee Wave in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Friday. Baltimore won the best of three series, 2-1. Retriever alumni Jason Dieter, Billy Nelson, Guiliano Celenza, and P.J. Wakefield played in the championship series, while first-year defender Andy Wells was also on the Blast active roster.
