SOCCER'S McELLIGOTT NAMED TO ALL SOUTH ATLANTIC REGIONAL SECOND TEAM

UMBC sophomore forward Derek McElligott was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All South Atlantic Second Team All Region. McElligott led the Retrievers with 12 goals, 28 points and 6 game-winning goals in UMBC's 11-7-2 season. The two-time First Team All Northeast Conference striker has scored 24 goals in two seasons, already the tenth-best total in school history.
