A transfer from ACC power Virginia Cavaliers who is eligible to compete this season... Will have two years of eligibility remaining. 

2008: Started the first five games of the season for UVA… Recorded wins over George Mason, and Hofstra… Made a season high six saves vs. the Patriots.

2007:  Made his first collegiate start in the sixth game of the season vs. Campbell on Sept. 19, a 2-1 Cavalier victory… Played in seven games and started six… Started all four of Virginia’s postseason games… Posted a 4-2-0 record and a 1.03 goals against average… Recorded an assist in the Cavs’ 4-1 ACC quarterfinal win at N.C. State.

Background: Earned First-Team All-State honors as a senior at Delaware’s Concord High… Earned two letters and was an honor roll student… Has three brothers, Tim, Matt, and Jon… Volunteers on projects for the homeless…Son of Kim and Mark Louisignau… Born Oct. 8, 1989.
