2007: Received substantial playing time, appearing in 19 of 20 games and starting seven... Utilized to play a defensive role and win balls in the midfield, but demonstrated slick passing skills as well... Attempted 11 shots on the season... Converted one of UMBC's five penalty kicks in the America East quarterfinal contest at Hartford, helping the Retrievers advance.
BACKGROUND: A two-time first-team All-Delco Pennsylvania honoree playing for Strath Haven High School… A four-year varsity letterwinner, he was the team’s second leading scorer with 13 goals and nine assists in his senior year...
