2006-In his first season in uniform, competed in 16 of 17 games and started 12 times... earned his first start vs. Drexel and started the final ten games of the season... scored his first career goal, the first goal of the game in the 5-2 season finale victory over Hartford.

2005- Matriculated at UMBC, but did not play due to a back injury.

BACKGROUND: A four-year varsity starter at powerful Archbishop Curley,  which has produced numerous Retriever standouts in soccer…a teammate of UMBC netminder Steve King…started for the Friars for four years and capped his career by earning All MIAA, All City/County and All-Metro honors (The Baltimore Sun) in his senior campaign…also lettered in basketball at Curley…is undecided about a major…the oldest of five siblings…has younger brothers, Kris and Mike, and younger sisters, Ashley and Jordan… majoring in Communication/New Media Studies... son of Becki and Dan Ward…born Dec. 7, 1986.
