MEN'S LACROSSE HAS BUSY FALL SLATE

The men's lacrosse team will be in competition often in a four-week span beginning later this month of October as they prepare for the 2003 season. he Retrievers will host a team from Keio University, Japan, on Tuesday, September 24 at 8pm. On Saturday, October 5, UMBC return to The McDonogh School for the Price Modern Lacrosse for Leukemia Tournament. Competing in this year's event are Syracuse, Johns Hopkins, Maryland, Loyola, Towson, Georgetown, UMBC, Cornell,Butler, Quinnipiac, Washington College, Drexel, and Ohio St. Two weeks later, on Saturday, October 19, the Retrievers will take part in the Genessee Valley Fall Tournamentin Northern Baltimore County, Maryland. This tournament field will be comprised of Maryland, Penn State, UMBC, Towson, Georgetown and Princeton.The Retrievers conclude the fall with the annual Alumni Game on Saturday, October 26 at 2pm at the Stadium.
