UMBC TO HOST KATRINA RELIEF FUND MEN'S FALL LACROSSE CLASSIC ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15

UMBC will host The Katrina Relief Fund Men’s Fall Lacrosse Classic on Saturday, October 15 at UMBC Stadium. The lacrosse programs of all four of the participating institutions; UMBC, Delaware, Georgetown, and Princeton will donate $500.00 each to the American Red Cross and contributions to the fund will also be made by tournament sponsors. An all-day pass for the event will be $10.00, with those proceeds benefiting victims of the hurricane. Children ages of six and under will be admitted free. UMBC will play Delaware at 10:00 a.m., followed by Delaware vs. Princeton at noon, Princeton vs. Georgetown at 2:00 p.m., and Georgetown vs. UMBC at 4:00 p.m.
