MEN'S LACROSSE RANKED 18TH IN FACE-OFF YEARBOOK COACHES' POLL; WOJTECH NAMED PRE-SEASON ALL AMERICAN

The UMBC men's lacrosse team was ranked 18th in the nation in Face-Off Yearbook's Coaches Poll that will hit the newstands in January. Princeton was voted first, with 32 of 46 first place votes, followed by Syracuse, Johns Hopkins and Towson. The Retrievers will play 10 teams ranked in the top 25, including Towson (4), Maryland (6), Georgetown (7), U Mass (12), North Carolina (13), Navy (14), Cornell (15), Penn State (16), Army (20) and Rutgers (24). Moreover, the coaches named junior LSM Greg Wojtech as a pre-season Honorable Mention All American.
