BACKGROUND: Matriculated last year at UMBC, but concentrated on academics and did not compete...a former Baltimore Sun Second Team All Metro attackman for the Dons...also named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2001, as he led Loyola to its second consectuve MIAA title...has the versatility to play on attack or at midfield...considers himself to be an outstanding team player...also lettered in soccer...is considering a major in Sociology and would eventually like to own his own business...a fan of Monty Python movies...has two older sisters, Laura, 25, and Jenny, 23...son of Carol and Phil Grillo...born March 26, 1983.
