Accolades: Appointed as UMBC's fourth team captain for the 2013 squad... Named America East Conference Rookie of the Week on Feb. 21, 2011 after a two-goal, one-assist effort in his debut at Presbyterian.

2012: Set a UMBC single-season record for shooting accuracy at 53.3%, netting 16 goals on 30 shots during the campaign… Tied for seventh in goals per game (2.40) in league games and tenth (1.78) overall… Did not play in four of the first five games and did not score until being inserted into the starting lineup vs. Hartford in the America East opener on March 31… Inside attackman posted a hat trick vs. the Hawks as UMBC went on to a 16-12 victory… Hit the goal-scoring column in the final seven games and posted multiple-points in six of those contests… Produced a four-goal game in the 17-16 overtime victory over Albany on April 21 and his third hat trick with three scores at Binghamton a week later… Added two goals vs. the Great Danes in the league semifinal contest… Handy on the ground as well, leading UMBC’s attackmen with 14 ground balls, including a team-high five vs. Towson on April 4.

2011: Competed in nine games and started five during his first season of competition… Scored four goals and added a pair of assists… Started the season opener and scored twice and added an assist in the win at Presbyterian… Scored the 11th goal of the game, which turned out to be the game-winner… Scored single goals in the next two games vs. Rutgers and UNC… Recorded a season-best three ground balls vs. the Tar Heels… Added an assist and caused a turnover in the victory over Quinnipiac.

2010: Suffered a leg injury during the preseason and did not compete in any spring contests for the Retrievers.

Background: Majoring in political science… Led the Seahawks to a 4A/3A state championship in 2009, scoring five goals in the title game… Selected to the All-County First-Team in both his junior and senior seasons and was a Washington Post Second-Team All-Metro honoree after amassing 46 goals and 16 assists in 2009… Was listed among Inside Lacrosse’s top 40 incoming attackmen… Also lettered in golf and ice hockey and won a state title in ice hockey… The president of the table tennis club and a "Minds in Motion" Scholar-Athlete… Has two sisters, Meghan and Molly… Son of Jane Roach and Mike Gregoire… Born May 8, 1991.
