Background: A walk-on who earned a roster spot on the 2011 team… Converting to a short-stick defensive midfield position… Started playing lacrosse while in high school and earned MIAA "C" Conference honors in his senior season… Competed in the playoffs in all three of his varsity seasons and took part in a conference title game during his sophomore campaign… Also lettered in basketball… An honor roll student each semester in high school who was a member of the National Honor Society… Considering a major in mechanical engineering… Chose UMBC because "I fell in love with UMBC on my first step onto campus"...
