2009: Competed in all 16 games for the second consecutive season and continued his solid play at the defensive midfield position… Recorded 21 ground balls and caused seven turnovers… Credited with two caused turnovers in the NCAA Tournament game at North Carolina.

2008: Emerged as one of the team’s top defensive midfielders… Competed in all 16 games and finished third on the team with 44 ground balls… Collected a career- best seven ground balls in the win over Albany on April 12… Capped the season by scooping up six ground balls in the NCAA Tournament game at Virginia on May 11.

2007: Local product who earned extensive playing time as a defensive midfielder… Suffered a shoulder injury midway through the season and was unable to complete in conference play…  Recorded three ground balls.

Background: Majoring in financial economics... A two-sport standout for the Cardinals, competing in both lacrosse and basketball… Did not start playing lacrosse until age 14… Played in the AAU National Basketball Tournament while in middle school… Selected UMBC because of the players and coaching staff… Son of Cecilia and George Bryan… Born May 11, 1988.
