2008: Appeared in five contests…Collected one ground ball and attempted four draws… Will be a part of UMBC’s face-off contingent heading into the spring of 2009.
2007: Scored a pair of goals in nine appearance in his freshman campaign… Recorded his first collegiate goal at Hartford and added a score on “Senior Day” vs. Vermont… Also collected two ground balls.
Background: Majoring in media and communication studies... A three-time First Team Central Pennsylvania midfielder… Also earned multiple first team honors in the Lancaster/Lebanon league… Was the 2005 offensive Most Valuable Player for Central Pa. in the All-Star game vs. Western Pa… An outstanding all-around athlete who lettered in football and basketball for the Cougars… Played quarterback and was the 2004 Lancaster/Lebanon League Offensive Player of the Year… Once played a football playoff game in front of 9,000 fans… Did not start playing lacrosse until age 14… Lists favorite book as John Grisham's Bleachers… Older brother, Shawn competed in golf and baseball and parents, Deb and Ralph, both played multiple sports… Born Sept. 2, 1987.
