Background: A two-time All American at CCBC-Essex…part of the Essex squad, coached by  former Retriever Brian Duncan, that won the 2004 junior college national title…also competed in football at Westfield (Centreville, Va.)…could contribute immediately and is regarding as outstanding on ground balls and in the transition game…likes riding motocross…is considering a major in Sociology and would like to play in the MLL someday…has an older sister, Lori, 22, and a younger sister, Haley, 20…son of Karen and Rob Carmack…born August 29, 1984.
