2006: Able to regain his senior year of eligibility due to an exemption for military service… competed in six games last season and saw some action as a face-off specialist… scored his first UMBC goal in the win over Hartford… took 12 of his 17 face-offs in that game vs. the Hawks and won six of 12.

Background: A mid-season transfer to UMBC from CCBC-Catsonville…earned First Team All America honors last year for the Cardinals…served in the United States Navy for four years prior to attending CCBC-Catsonville…came to UMBC “to finish my degree which I started before I joined the Navy”…joins his younger brother Terry on the team, becoming the 24^th brother combination to play at UMBC…will not be the oldest player to compete at UMBC—Bill Bloom was 27 years old in his senior season of 1997…posted eight goals in a game vs. Montgomery (Md.)
