Background: Earned First Team All County recognition from The Baltimore Sun and The Capital and All Metro honors from The Washington Post after his senior campaign at Annapolis…also earned the Panthers’ Most Valuable Player award in 2005…scored twice in the final 30 seconds to lead AHS to a 9-8 win in the regional quarter-finals over Broadneck…was a Second Team All County honoree as a junior…part of a state championship team as a sophomore in 2003… “Hoppi” also lettered in soccer and track and led the soccer team in scoring in his junior and senior years…a member of the student government at Annapolis…a musician who enjoys playing the trumpet alongside his father…has brothers, Craig, 20, and Scott, 14…son of Christine and Christopher Hopmann…born September 11, 1987.
