Background: Like many of his classmates, Devlin brings a solid lacrosse/football resume to UMBC…earned First Team All Conference (MIAA) honors on the gridiron in his senior year at St. Mary’s…helped the Saints earn an MIAA “B” Conference title in his junior year and, that spring, was a member of the lacrosse team which lost to Calvert Hall in the MIAA championship game…current teammates Ryan Browning, Chris Dunlap,  and Brandon Hastings were part of that CSC squad…lists his greatest thrill in sports as a 2004 lacrosse win over rival Severn at US Marine Corps Stadium in Annapolis…chose UMBC “for the coaching staff, the attitude on the team, and the opportunity to be a part of a team on the rise”…father, Joe, was a four-year letterwinner in lacrosse at Johns Hopkins (1975-78) and mother, Beth, earned letters in tennis and squash at Homewood…undecided about his major, but would like to run his own business someday…has younger sisters, Becca, 16, and Kayla, 9…born August 22, 1986.
