Background: Continues the line of DeMatha products to attend UMBC…part of a Stags’ team which has won the WCAC Championship for six consecutive years…earned First Team All WCAC honors in his junior season and earned team captain’s honors in his senior campaign…selected to the Maryland Free State team in the summer of 2003…also earned a letter in football (quarterback) at DeMatha…chose UMBC “because it has a great academic reputation and I enjoyed the atmosphere”…did not compete in lacrosse during his freshman season due to a torn ACL…is considering a major in Economics and would like to enter the field of business management…nicknamed “Fats”…has an older brother, John, 21…son of Renee and Paul Fatseas…born January 11, 1986, sharing that exact birthday with Nick Carlson.
