Another senior defenseman who is trying to cap his career on a very positive note...will battle his classmates and a couple of underclassmen for a starting role on close defense. AT UMBC: Participated in all 12 games last season...garnered 16 ground balls and committed six penalties...in 2001, he saw action in half of UMBC’s games...appeared to progress well in his freshman campaign of 2000 and earned his first collegiate start in the finale vs. Maryland...recorded a pair of ground balls in that game...had three ground balls and scored his first collegiate goal a week earlier vs. Stony Brook. BACKGROUND: Big defender who was a standout at Cape Henlopen HS...a high school All American and a three-time First Team All State selection...named the 1998 team Defensive Player of the Year and was the 1999 team MVP...participated in the 1999 North-South high school All-Star game...helped the ‘98 team to the Delaware Boys Lacrosse state title...also earned letters in soccer and football...enjoys hunting and fishing....son of Susan and John Hall...born July 7, 1981.
