The men's basketball team opens a busy Thanksgiving week on Wednesday evening, as they travel to Washington, D.C., to face George Washington University. Tip-off time at the Smith Center is 7:30 p.m. and the game can be heard on Fox 1370 Sports or www.fox1370.com. UMBC (3-1) went 3-0 vs. the Atlantic 10 last year and the Colonials (2-1) will try to make it 3-0 vs. the America East early in the 2008-09 campaign. GW has previous home wins over Boston Univ. (63-58, ot) and Binghamton (71-57) before Saturday’s 83-71 loss at Auburn.
