"The Randy Monroe UMBC Basketball Show" Debuts on Tuesday at the Commons' Sports Zone

“The Randy Monroe UMBC Basketball Show” debuts on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at University Commons’ Sports Zone. Be there at 2:00 p.m. as Coach Monroe, player guest Uwem Eshietedoho and Director of Athletics Dr. Charles Brown discuss the upcoming season with host Paul Mittermeier. We’ll have complementary pizza and there will be Retriever basketball t-shirts for those who step up to the mike for tough Retriever hoops questions for the guests.

UMBC opens the season on Saturday, Nov. 15 when they face Stevenson University as we'll celebrate the 2008 championship with the banner unveiling before the game.

If you can’t make it, we will offer live video streaming at no charge on www.umbcretrievers.tv and you can catch the radio broadcast on the home of UMBC Athletics, Fox 1370 AM and www.fox1370.com on Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m.

Upcoming shows will take place at the Sports Zone on Nov. 18 and Nov. 25, also at 2:00 p.m.
