The UMBC men's basketball team will try to avenge an '06-'07 setback as they face Central Connecticut State in New Britain, Conn. on Tuesday evening at the William H. Detrick Gymnasium. Central, the defending Northeast Conference champions, have won ten of the last 14 meetings against UMBC to knot the series at 14-all, including last year's 66-52 December triumph at the RAC Arena. The game will be shown live by the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network with tip-off time set for 7:00 p.m.
