UMBC

For the only time this season, the UMBC men's basketball team only has one day of "rest" as the Retrievers (5-1) head to American University for a date with the Eagles (4-3) on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 2:00 p.m. UMBC held off Morgan State, 84-76 on Thursday night, but must face an American team that has won three of its last four, including a 21-point rout at Mount St. Mary's on Monday night.  UMBC continues to score consistently, averaging 80.7 points per game in the early going.
