Men's Basketball Opens America East Season at Binghamton on Wednesday Evening

The slate has been wiped clean for the UMBC men's basketball team and the other eight America East schools as league play opens this Wednesday night, January 3. The Retrievers (4-9) will open on the road, as they face Binghamton (7-5) at the BU Events Center in Vestal, N.Y. at 7:00 p.m. You can follow the action at www.umbcretrievers.com. The two teams have split the season series the last two years, but UMBC has yet to defeat the Bearcats at the Events Center in three attempts.
