The Retriever men's basketball team will make its third appearance in the America East Conference's Men's Basketball Tournament as eighth-seeded UMBC (9-18, 5-11 America East) takes on #9 Stony Brook (4-23, 2-14) in an opening round game on Friday, March 3 (7:00 p.m.) at the BU Events Center in Vestal, N.Y. The Seawolves hold a 4-3 series lead over UMBC and the teams split a pair of games this season.

The winner takes on top-seeded Albany at 6:00 p.m.on Saturday.
